Jump on the bike for some heart-pumping intervals and hills followed by core work on the mat to help strengthen your abdominal muscles and lower back.
We’ve taken the guesswork out of your weekly training by offering cycling-only classes (CycleFit Sweat) and hybrid classes (CycleFit Strong). Together these 2 types of classes will give you the conditioning and the strength training you’ve been looking for without spending hours at the gym. Small class size means more personalized attention and no need for equipment sharing.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before class to set up your bike and chat with your fellow riders that you’ll be hanging with for the hour. Bring a towel or 2 to wipe your sweat and water to stay hydrated. Wear comfortable athletic clothes that allow you to move on and off the bike. Any type of sneakers can be used with the bike pedal cages. Please make sure they’re clean to help prevent build-up on the equipment. Cycling shoes with SPD cleats can also be used on the bikes and are recommended for the best cycling experience.

FIRST RIDE GUIDE
Arrive 15 mins early to get a tour of the studio, meet your instructor and get set up with your proper bike fit. Classes are all-level. Your instructor will give options for both the bike and strength portions to ensure that everyone is getting a great workout. Be sure to come to class hydrated and ready to have some fun!
