Classes

We simplify training with cycling, hybrid, and lifting classes for strength and conditioning - no endless gym hours are required. Small classes mean personal attention and no equipment sharing.

The Ride

“CycleFit Sweat” 45-minute cycling-only class guaranteed
to leave you dripping in sweat and feeling great.

Ride and Lift

“CycleFit Strong” 60-minute hybrid class consisting of bike intervals and an instructor-guided strength workout off the bike.

Ride and Recover

“CycleFit Stretch” 40-minute cycling class guaranteed to leave you dripping in sweat and feeling great followed by a full body stretch session off the bike. Your muscles will thank you after taking this class.

Lift

“CycleFit StrongER” No biking, just lifting! 45 minute strength training session guaranteed to have you feeling great!! Group personal training at its finest!!

CycleFit Core

Jump on the bike for some heart-pumping intervals and hills followed by core work on the mat to help strengthen your abdominal muscles and lower back.

CycleFit Stack

The perfect combination of core work, full body toning (light weight, high reps for that sweet burn!), balance/stability and stretching. The class you didn't know you needed to compliment your weekly lifting, cycling, running and erging! Bring a towel and water. Barefoot or grippy socks will allow for the best practice. Listening ears are a must since the movements will NOT be on the big screen.

CycleFit Sweat & Stack

Clean sneakers or cycling shoes for the bike and grippy socks or barefoot for floor work.

TRAIN Small Group Training

Love the idea of personal training but looking for a more budget-friendly option? Try our small group training—get expert coaching plus the motivation of working out with others! Sessions include a warmup, strength training, and a short met-con workout. Bring a notebook to track progress. Limited to 6 participants. Interested in your own private group session? TRAIN Teens and Tweens

Our goal is to make fitness fun which helps create confidence and a lifetime healthy habit. Our sessions are designed for both athletes and non-athletes. Safety is priority so our class will be limited to a small number of participants.

TRAIN MetCon

Metabolic Conditioning combines aerobic exercises, high intensity intervals and strength training to challenge your body's energy systems in one efficient workout. All sesssions will include a warmup, demo and coaching during your training.

TRAIN Lift

TRAIN's version of CycleFit StrongER. We will be utilizing allll the things...barbells, rings, dumbbells, ropes, landmines etc. in a circuit based training session. Equipment may need to be shared but hey, we're all friends right?!! Bring a towel, water and expect to WORK!!

A unique blend of running/erging and functional strength training in a format that tests and builds both endurance and power. HYROX is standardized and designed to measure progress repeatedly. Welcome to the TRAIN by CycleFit #HySociety.

TRAIN Sculpt

TRAIN by CycleFit Sculpt combines the focus of classic Pilates with light resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and controlled movements designed to target the core, glutes, arms, and legs while enhancing posture, flexibility, and body awareness. Light weights, Pilates rings, Bender balls and resistance bands may be incorporated. Barefoot or grippy socks will allow for the best practice.
