Ride

"CycleFit Sweat" Join us for a 45-minute cycling-only class guaranteed to leave you dripping in sweat and feeling invigorated. Perfect for those seeking a high-energy group fitness experience!

Ride and Lift

“CycleFit Strong” Experience this 60-minute hybrid class, combining intense bike intervals with an instructor-guided strength training session off the bike. A must-try for those wanting to sculpt their bodies effectively!

Ride and Core

Engage in heart-pumping bike intervals, followed by core-strengthening exercises on the mat. A fantastic way to boost your core stability and lower back strength while enjoying a group fitness atmosphere.

Stack

Experience the perfect blend of core work, full-body toning, balance, and stretching in CycleFit Stack! This class integrates light weights with high repetitions to deliver that satisfying burn you crave. It’s the ideal complement to your weekly lifting, cycling, running, and ergging routines. Be sure to bring a towel and water. For the best practice, come in barefoot or wear grippy socks. Listening ears are essential as movements will not be demonstrated on the big screen!

Ride and Stack

Transform your fitness regimen with CycleFit Sweat & Stack, combining cycling, core work, full-body toning, balance, and stretching into one dynamic session. This innovative class perfectly complements your weekly lifting, cycling, running, and ergging efforts. Please bring a towel and water. Clean sneakers or cycling shoes are required for the bike, while grippy socks or barefoot is best for floor exercises.

Join us for TRAIN Lift, our rendition of CycleFit StrongER, featuring an engaging circuit-based format that utilizes a variety of equipment, including barbells, rings, dumbbells, ropes, and landmines. Expect a full-body workout that targets strength and endurance! Equipment may need to be shared, but we’re all friends here! Remember to bring a towel and water, and prepare to WORK hard!

Sculpt

TRAIN Sculpt offers a unique fusion of classic Pilates with light resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and controlled movements. This class targets the core, glutes, arms, and legs while enhancing posture, flexibility, and body awareness. Light weights, Pilates rings, Bender balls, and resistance bands may be incorporated. For optimal practice, please come barefoot or with grippy socks.
