How old do I have to be to attend classes?
Minimum age is 13 years old. If you are under 18 you may not ride without a parent/guardian signed waiver. Parents/Guardians - please note that music played in class may contain profanity.

How do I prepare for class?
Arrive 10 minutes early to set up and connect with fellow riders. Bring a towel, water, and wear comfortable athletic clothes. Any clean sneakers work with pedal cages, but SPD cleat cycling shoes are recommended for the best ride!
Can I come to use the studio on my own?
No. The studio is only for scheduled classes.

What should I expect for my first ride?
Arrive 15 minutes early for a studio tour, instructor meet-and-greet, and bike setup. Classes are for all levels, with modifications for cycling and strength. Stay hydrated and get ready for a fun workout!
Do I need special shoes to ride?
The bikes are equipped with dual pedals so sneakers can be worn or if you wish to use cycling shoes be sure they have SPD cleats.

What should I wear to class?
Any type of athletic clothing. Sweat-wicking will provide the most comfort. Bike seats can be uncomfortable the first few times you ride so you can wear padded bike shorts or bring a padded bike seat (just be sure to take it home with you, EWWW!!). Men must wear shirts during class.

Do I need to bring a mat?
Each station has an exercise mat but feel free to bring your own to put on top!

What should I bring with me?
A small towel or 2 for sweat. Water to stay hydrated. A smile and a great attitude!!

What if I don’t want to strength train?
Be sure to sign up for the appropriate class. CycleFit Sweat is a cycling-only class. CycleFit Strong is a hybrid class.
